The staff were lovely and have a wide range of free toiletries to take including face masks and bath bombs etc. They also provide you with slippers and a nightgown. They have options for massage. It was 15-20 minutes walking distance to the main shopping area in Osaka.

It is a quiet hotel away from the bustling city centre. There are convenient stores nearby the hotel and it is 5 minutes from the Daikokucho station. It is a clean hotel with excellent service. Check in and out are done within 5 minutes

We liked the traditional breakfast. There was not so many selections but the food was great to start the day. We also liked the location as it was a walk to Dikokucho Station and also 12 minutes walk to Namba Station.

We are thankful there is a metro within walking distance from the hotel and Family Mart just right outside the hotel for our daily water, milk and snacks. There's free coffee at the lobby every morning :)
